The only difference is the one-time $40 Boundary option adds a visible property boundary outline on the map so campers can see exactly where your lot starts and ends. Your boundary listing stays active until you cancel – no renewals, no recurring fees. Most people do just fine with the free listing – just include your corner coordinates in the Directions field and campers can pull them up on Google Maps.
What kind of property can I list?
Any land suitable for camping! This includes vacant lots, ranches, farms, forest land, desert property, lakefront land – if campers can pitch a tent or park an RV, it qualifies.
Do I need amenities like water or electricity?
Not at all! Our audience specifically seeks off-grid and primitive camping experiences. Basic or no amenities is perfectly fine – just be clear in your listing description about what's available.
How do campers pay me?

How do I find my lot corner coordinates?
The easiest way is to look up your property on your county's GIS/appraisal website using your tax ID, then note the corner coordinates. You can also use Google Maps – right-click any spot and it shows the latitude/longitude. Drop those into your Directions field so campers can navigate right to your site.
